Police funding can be redirected to Community Service Members.

Police officer can use the aid of community service members organization, ( such as at San Jose, CA, Miramar, Fl., Milwaukee, WI, etc ) to help handle the daily lower priority calls from the public in need of intervention. Cities that have used this two terre system have saved police officers up to 20% of the work load ( helping the office both physically & mentally ) coping with the public outcry of, help me I can’t do it alone.
