The Right to Bear Arms is
The Right to Kill;
Which Holds Great Responsibility.
People have the right to bear arms but they also have the responsibility to be held accountable for that right. The accountability is were lies the problem with gun control. Each gun sold, given, or lost needs to be held accountable for; it is the responsibility of each owner of the right to kill to account for the whereabouts of those instruments of death.
Being able to casually distribute guns is where the problem lies, and the ease of which irresponsible killers take lives of all races, creeds, and dispositions.
Prosecution of Involuntary man-slaughter will force all owners to be more vigilant in the registration of each gun and who they sell it to.
Make the people of this nation account for the ownership, and location of these instruments of death, and be nationally registered. If we start now at local, state, and national level; murders will be caught without this ease of ignorance, and illegal suppliers will be caught. Stopping the supply of guns to criminals.
** Also, the guns need to be tested at the time of manufacturing. The shells and casings can be registered at the national gun registration. This would help the law enforcement capture the guilty person or persons. The beginning of a tracking system of each gun sold would clean up the streets of America and produce viable information of other crimes associated with gun distribution.
Also, two simple questions could led to early detection of mental illness of intent to murder by asking is these two questions: Is this your first gun purchase and what is your intent of use. If the purchase of a military grade weapon is the first two to third purchase then the likely-hood of mass murder is a real possibility and would need greater scrutiny.

It doesn’t take away the right to bare arms; it just make you responsible for their misuse !!!
