Police Using Excessive Force.
With the FBI investigation and the second time someone has died from a knee on the neck by a law enforcement officer.. America should make putting pressure on the body's weakest part, the neck,, illegal and subject to immediate incarceration and charges of attempted murder,
It has been stated by employer of Thomas Lane at a late night establishment that Thomas Lane, Minneapolis ex-police officer, was quick to use force on his job as bouncer. Regardless of the color or sex of the individual.
This may show that Thomas Lane joined the force for honorable reasons, to make a difference; from improper training and repetitious frustration the increased use of excessive force was a solution to crime ( that criminal acts equal pain ).
Police officer can use the aid of community service officers organization, ( such as at San Jose, CA, Miramar, Fl., Milwaukee, WI, etc ) to help handle the daily lower priority calls from the public in need of intervention. Cities that have used this two terre system have saved police officers up to 20% of the work load ( helping the office both physically & mentally ) coping with the public outcry of, help me I can’t do it alone.
